Three unpasteurized 65 g honeys, put together for aperitif time. A drizzle over cheese, a nut or a savoury bite, and each honey shows its own aromas and intensity. A honey and cheese pairing card comes with the trio.
Based in the Eastern Townships (Estrie), Miel Liaison brings together honey from its own apiaries and from partner beekeepers in other regions of Quebec. Its honeys are minimally filtered to keep their natural character. The trio's selection changes with the seasons.
Format: 3 vials of honey, 65 g each.
Ingredients: unpasteurized honey.
Allergens: according to the maker, its honeys are gluten-free.
Serving suggestion: drizzle the honey over your cheese, spoon it on top or dip the cheese right into it. The trio also goes well with nuts, tapas and charcuterie; follow the pairing card included.
Storage: at room temperature, ideally between 19 and 25 °C, away from light. If the honey crystallizes, set the vial in a glass of very hot, but not boiling, water to make it liquid again.
Origin: company based in the Eastern Townships (Estrie); the honeys come from its own apiaries or from partner beekeepers in other regions of Quebec, depending on the selection.
