An organic summer honey, gently churned to give it a creamy texture. With a very fine, delicate taste, it leaves a bright freshness on the palate.
It comes mainly from white clover, crucifer and raspberry blossoms, with linden and sweet clover, and is harvested at the end of July. Miels d'Anicet makes it at its honey house in Ferme-Neuve, in the Hautes-Laurentides, 275 km north of Montréal.
Format: 340 g jar.
Ingredients: organic honey.
Serving suggestion: enjoy it as is, by the spoonful or spread on toast, or with yogurt or cheese. For cooking, the maker recommends a classic honey with a syrupy texture, or a raw honey, instead.
Storage: in a cool place, ideally at 20 °C or below. Honey keeps indefinitely, but the maker recommends eating it within two years of the harvest.
Origin: made at the Miels d'Anicet honey house in Ferme-Neuve, in the Hautes-Laurentides.
