Mainly from the goldenrod bloom, it reveals soft notes of vanilla and fruity notes of apricot, accompanied by an aromatic touch of beeswax. Never filtered or heated, it retains traces of pollen, propolis and beeswax as well as its original aromas. Freshly harvested, it is liquid, then crystallizes quickly and smoothly for lack of heat during extraction.
