This is a preparation made from 100% natural foie gras and seasoning. Made with the greatest care using traditional methods, this block of foie gras is full of character and tradition that will delight all gourmets!
Additional Storage Information: Refrigerate for three hours before serving. Let cool 15-20 minutes before opening the can to facilitate unmolding. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Directions for use: Plain foie gras can be enjoyed with gingerbread or a slice of toast. You can add fleur de sel, or accompany it with onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs, and pears.
Plain foie gras goes very well with Champagne, sweet white wines such as Sauternes and ice cider.
