Format: 140 g
Ingredients: duck foie gras, water, seasoning (salt, pepper, spices, sugar).
Serving suggestion: enjoy with a gingerbread or a slice of toasted bread, seasoned with fleur de sel and served with an onion confit, a fruit jelly, fresh figs or pears. Refrigerate for three hours before serving and let it temper 15 to 20 minutes before opening to make unmolding easier.
Storage: refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 to 6 days.
