« Serving suggestion »: Refrigerate three hours before enjoying. Bring to room temperature 15 to 20 minutes before opening to make unmoulding easier. Spread on plain or nut crackers, or fill small aperitif choux pastries. Accompany with an onion confit, a fruit jelly, figs or pears.
