This is a preparation made from 100% natural foie gras and seasoning. Made with the utmost care and using traditional methods, our block of foie gras is full of character and tradition that will delight all gourmets! Accompanied by its port jelly. The perfect blend.

Additional Information and Storage: Refrigerate for three hours before serving. Let cool 15-20 minutes before opening the can to facilitate unmolding. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Directions for use: Plain foie gras can be enjoyed with gingerbread or a slice of toast. You can add fleur de sel or serve it with port jelly.

Wines and spirits: Champagne, sweet white wines such as Sauternes and ice cider. Our favorite is the Poiré de glace from Domaine des Salamandres located in Hemmingford.

Block of Duck Foie Gras: Free-range duck foie gras, water, salt and pepper, spices.

Port jelly: Raspberry juice, Sugar, Redcurrant juice, Port, Lemon juice.
