Here is a 100% duck version of the classic spaghetti sauce. Once again, an authentic recipe where all the ingredients are cooked on site. Slowly simmered with this homemade duck stock, this sauce will be one of the tastiest and savoriest you have ever had the chance to taste.
Additional information on storage: In a saucepan, reheat over low heat, covered, for approximately 12-15 minutes.
Directions for use: Just like your favorite pasta dishes , serve with a sauce of freshly grated parmesan.
