100% duck rillettes are carefully prepared with the finest pieces of duck and top quality ingredients, such as hand-pulled duck confit. A great association with beer, which allowed us to create a purely local and delicious product.
Additional storage information: Refrigerate for three hours before enjoying. Serve cold or tempered. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Directions for use: Rillettes are perfect to accompany your brunches. Spread on a good baguette, it is the perfect addition to your cheese platters. It can be served with onion confit, fresh figs and pears. Accompany your dish with a good microbrewery beer.
