Sharpen the pencil as a finishing touch over your dishes, desserts or cocktails at serving time, for a burst of true local flavour. This refill does not include a sharpener, as one is included in the sets, and it comes to us from Montreal.
Format: 1 pencil of 18 g = 120 shavings
Serving suggestion: Sharpen 5 to 10 shavings per plate, or 1 to 2 shavings per bite or on a cocktail, as a finishing touch at serving time.
Storage: Once opened, keep in the refrigerator, tightly closed in its tube.
