How it works :
Sharpen your Spice Pencils as a finish on your dishes, desserts or cocktails when serving.
How many chips:
5 to 10 shavings per plate. 1 to 2 shavings per bite or on a cocktail.
1 Pencil weighs 18 g = 120 shavings. It is used during 3 meals for 4 people.
Duration and conservation:
The Spice Pencils can be kept for 12 months. Once opened, keep them in the refrigerator tightly closed in their tube.
* The Refill Pencil does not contain a sharpener. Sharpeners are included in each box (1, 2, 3 or 6).

Yes. All products sold on our platform are both designed and made in Quebec, following strict criteria for origin and production.
The order processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number provided by the carrier.
Shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more (before taxes) shipped within Quebec. Fees apply for smaller orders and for deliveries elsewhere in Canada. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.
Yes. All online orders can be picked up at our Brossard store, located at 10-1080 Rue du Lux, Brossard, Quebec, J4Y 0L1.
Some products are shipped directly by our partner merchants as part of our partnered delivery model. As a result, you may receive your order in multiple separate packages.

No. If you selected the “This is a gift” option at checkout, our team will make sure all price tags are removed.
Absolutely. By selecting the “This is a gift” option, you can add a personalized message, which we will include in the package.
Not necessarily. While many of our online products are available in our physical stores, some items are exclusive to our online platform or may be out of stock in certain locations. Availability can vary by store and change frequently.
