The young shoots of the white spruce are picked in spring. Tender and vibrant green, they are marinated to be transformed into a tasty condiment with a slightly resinous taste. Spruce shoots are a reflection of our great wild territory, a spring offering made by the forest to celebrate the arrival of the beautiful season that you can serve in a wide variety of recipes.
