This exceptional artisanal product contains whole wild-picked mustard grains. The result is a product with a creamy texture and a slightly spicy taste that is truly unrivaled.

Additional Information: Wild mustard is one of the worst weeds because it invades untreated grain crops. Gourmet Sauvage therefore sources its supplies from organic grain producers who are very happy to sell them the mustard that they generally have to bury or burn!

Directions for use: For its generous texture which helps to thicken sauces and its slightly spicy taste, this unique local mustard is a must at the table and in the kitchen. Ideal as a sauce for meats, in marinades and vinaigrettes, in sandwiches or on a thin pizza with tomatoes and herbs.

Format: 190ml

Ingredients: Wild mustard, white wine, cider vinegar, water, mustard (sulfites), maple syrup, spices.

Vegan, gluten-free and GMO-free
