Wild mushroom mustard contains generous pieces of around fifteen varieties of mushrooms picked in the forest. It has a unique woody taste, slightly spicy and creamy which will brighten up both your sandwiches and your most elaborate recipes.

Directions for use: Mushroom mustard can be used to brighten up sandwiches and hamburgers but also in a wide variety of recipes to enhance the taste and add a wild touch! Ideal as a vinaigrette in a lentil salad, as a marinade for pork, as a cream sauce for rabbit, brushed on roast beef, on a thin pizza with tomatoes and fresh herbs or as a dip mixed with homemade mayonnaise.
