Épices du Guerrier is a Québec City company that designs and makes its blends in Quebec. Its herbs are picked by hand through the seasons, on Indigenous territory, in different regions of Quebec, and the blend is then packed by hand.

Ingredients: maple sugar, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, yeast extract, dextrose, dune pepper (Alnus crispa), sweet gale, turmeric, paprika, canola oil, smoke flavour, cellulose fibre, cayenne pepper.
Allergens: contains garlic and onion. May contain gluten: according to the maker, the blend is gluten-free, but some ingredients may be made in a facility that handles gluten.
Serving suggestion: on salmon, chicken, pork, potatoes, beef, tofu or popcorn. Also add it to marinades, or use it on cheese, eggs or bacon, or around a glass of Bloody Caesar.
Storage: in a closed pouch or jar, in a dark, cool, dry place. It stays at its freshest for up to two years.
