A crunchy, roasted black garlic finishing salt, by La Terre du 9 in Chaudière-Appalaches.
Thanks to its smoky balsamic notes, this umami-scented salt bursts in the mouth, while the dried black garlic gives it a natural crunch. A pinch sprinkled at the end of cooking or at serving is enough to make the flavours pop.
Format: 120 g
Ingredients: Dried black garlic, Himalayan pink salt.
Serving suggestion: Sprinkle a pinch at the end of cooking or at serving.
Storage: Store in an airtight container away from moisture.
