Additional Information: The orange berry is very tart and has notes of mango, passion fruit and citrus. This tasty jam is made by hand, with a minimum of organic sugar in order to highlight the subtlety of the sea buckthorn aromas.
Directions for use: If it makes an exquisite wake-up jam, sea buckthorn berry jam is also an accessory to savory dishes which it balances with elegance: with salmon and other fatty fish, in sauce with duck breast , as an accompaniment to scallops, with foie gras and pâtés, with cheesecake, as a garnish.
