The essence of sweet clover is boreal vanilla! Created from the tiny flowers of sweet clover carefully sorted with tweezers, this artisanal essence has complex and intoxicating notes of vanilla, almonds and fresh hay similar to tonka bean.

Additional information: Three years of research and development were necessary to develop sweet clover essence. Harvested in July, the tiny flowers are patiently sorted with tweezers before proceeding to create the essence.

Directions for use: Sweet clover essence is reminiscent of vanilla, but it offers much more complex aromas which reveal themselves differently depending on the other ingredients with which it is combined. Use it wherever you would use vanilla: in your pancake or waffle maker, in pancakes and biscuits, in a banana, lemon or chocolate cake, in a crème brulée or panna cotta, in cocktails and flavored coffees!
