Directions for use: In baking or mixology, wild rose will add a sparkle to your preparations but also: in white wine to create a Kir, in cakes (replace a part of sugar), with yogurt and granola, in oriental pastries, in sparkling water with a touch of lemon, in fruit salad or on pancakes and sorbets.
